Do you do custom orders?

No. I no longer take custom orders in order to preserve the creative freedom that fuels my work. Knitting is above all a space of exploration and pleasure for me. When I used to make custom orders, I had to follow precise guidelines that limited my inspiration and led me to work under pressure. Today, I create at my own pace, according to my desires, which allows me to offer more authentic and harmonious pieces.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. Shipping is offered with a tracking number.

Delivery times can vary considerably depending on the time of year and destination, particularly due to shipping from the Magdalen Islands. It is therefore not possible to guarantee a specific delivery time.

Is it possible to try on a hat before buying?

Yes. It's possible to try on a model by appointment. Simply message me directly on Instagram to arrange a time that works for you.

Do you offer discounts?

No. Each hat is the result of many hours of meticulous work and real attention to detail.

My prices reflect the quality of the fibers used, the craftsmanship and the time spent on each creation.

For comparison, a popular brand name beanie typically ranges between $40 and $55 CAD , while similar handmade pieces on Etsy can fetch $90 CAD and up .

So I believe I offer the right balance between quality, durability and a fair price.

Do you sell your hats in stores?

No. In-store production would require a volume that would compromise the quality and uniqueness of my creations.

I prefer to maintain a human-scale production, carried out with care and intention, so that each hat retains its character and value.
